Does my Church Qualify for this Church Web Design?

Our typical church website is designed for a Baptist church although we have built sites for other churches whose Doctrinal Statement mirrored ours. Please read our Doctrinal Statement prior to contacting us.

We do not build websites for churches whose belief system is different from ours. (II Corinthians 6:17, “Therefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.”)

Can I Maintain the Website on my Own?

One of the beauties of the web program we have developed for church websites is the ease in maintaining the website by those with little to no computer knowledge! One thing we have found out in our years of designing websites is that the role of maintaining a church's website usually falls into the hands of someone with little computer knowledge. If you have had experience in Microsoft Word or a similar program then you will be fine. In addition we will provide a personal, guided training session for the people responsible for maintenance. We also have videos and written tutorials. If all else fails, please send us an email or you can call our office during normal business hours (Monday through Friday 9-5 CT). We want your new church website to succeed!

Looking at the website examples on this page, all of the text below the header and slideshow pictures can be easily changed as desired. You can also have multiple users with their own passwords and limit their access to specific areas of the website.

What Will my Website Look Like?

We have nearly 300 ready-made templates coming soon. You may select the design you like best and we will add your church’s name and logo to the header. If you fail to see a design you like, we also offer completely custom web design at an additional charge.  You can see from the examples on this page that the church website designs can vary greatly. Holmes Creek Baptist Church's website has a custom header and colors. Faith Independent Baptist Church's website as well as Dorcas Baptist Church's website are fully custom designs.

How Long Will it Take for my Church Website to be Ready?

The length of time it takes to develop your website really depends on how quickly you respond. Once your order is placed we will set up your domain name then install the files and the selected template. Once we have your logo we’ll design your header and set up a time for training. On our end, with a template layout choice, your website could be fully functional and ready to go in 24 to 48 hours.

What is the Charge for a Church Website Design?

Our normal cost to design a website generally runs a couple thousand dollars. But we try to operate our church website division as a ministry, therefore we offer it only to qualifying churches at reduced costs. There is an initial set-up charge of $375 for the website. This covers several things such as your domain name registration, hosting set-up for the first year and initial design set-up where we build your custom header using the template you have chosen. Completely custom designed websites are a reasonable $300 more. Ongoing charges are $39 per month which covers phone and email support, your email boxes, hosting costs, yearly domain registration and other incidental expenses incurred on our end.

Do I Already Have to Have a Domain Name? or... I  Have Already Registered a Domain Name Through Another Company

If you do not already have a domain name for your church website, contact us and we will research your desired names. Once a domain name is located that has not already been registered we will register it for you in your church's name and set up your hosting. If you already have a domain name registered through another company we can still establish your church website in that domain name.
