Wiregrass Advertising requires a small non-refundable deposit prior to beginning your website. The balance is due on satisfactory completion of the website. If you are not satisfied we will continue to work on the site until you are! It's your website. It has to work for you and your customers!

Some website design firms will ask you to take product pictures, write almost all the copy, research, etc. This results in many hours of extra work for you. Wiregrass Advertising believes that you should do what you do best: make money running your business. We will perform an initial interview, design a rough draft, allow you to review it, make changes and revisions, then finalize the site. We will do everything possible to minimize your extra work. We have had customers spend as little as 1/2 hour on site development!

Some website design firms will not allow access to your passwords and/or account. This prevents you from switching web design companies even if the designer provides poor service. Wiregrass Advertising believes this practice to be unethical. You should have the freedom of choice. Simply request your information and we will supply it.

Most web design companies design a site and with hold the copyrights to that site. This means you cannot use any graphics, wording, etc. used on the website for other media such as advertising or brochures. One design firm in Dothan, Alabama charges an additional $150 to grant you use privileges. Wiregrass Advertising automatically grants you the copyright on completion of your site at no additional cost!
